Insgesamt ein ziemlich solides Produkt. Gute Bilder und Funktionen. Die WLAN-Verbindung ist schön. Die Bauchansichten sind recht klar und mit den teureren Maschinen vergleichbar. Zwei Probleme für diejenigen, die auf der Intensivstation arbeiten, sind:

1. Die Lungeneinstellung liefert aus irgendeinem Grund keine qualitativ hochwertigen Bilder und es ist sehr schwierig, wenn überhaupt, das Gleiten der Pleura zu erkennen. Ich habe das EagleView zur gleichen Zeit mit dem Sonosite-Gerät bei demselben Patienten verglichen. B-Linien sind außerdem schwerer zu erkennen und erscheinen verschwommener.

2. Die krummlinige Sonde ist nicht so klein wie die Herzsonde am Sonosite, was die Fokussierung auf die Herzansichten erschwert, da die Sonde ein größeres Feld erfasst (einschließlich mehr Rippenschatten am Rand, die ablenken können).

Ich habe es noch nicht zum Platzieren einer Linie verwendet, aber die Gefäßeinstellung hat eine hervorragende Bildqualität und ich denke, dass es sehr gut funktionieren würde.

Es ist ein praktisches, nützliches und billiges Gerät

Ich habe den POCUS Eagleview sehr geschätzt, besonders für die Untersuchung des Bewegungsapparates. Es schien selbst für die Bauchbezirke sehr überschaubar und mit einer hervorragenden Bildwiedergabe. Etwas enttäuscht für den vaskulären Teil, weil ich gehofft hatte, die Doppler-Spur aufzeichnen und gleichzeitig das Farbbild arrangieren zu können. Aber das ist vielleicht eine Einschränkung der Geräte in dieser Kategorie (ich hatte keine Gelegenheit, die der Konkurrenz auszuprobieren). Sehr schnell ist die WLAN-Kopplung zwischen Sonde und Smartphone/Tablet. Kabelloses Laden ist zufriedenstellend. Ich bin mit dem Kauf zufrieden. Ich füge die Untersuchung einer Anserine-Bursitis bei.
